The Fireworks Spectacular begins after the sun sets on the last day of the Midsummer Fire Festival with an impressive display of fireworks viewable from the docks of Booty Bay. The firework presentations continue every hour for the rest of the evening.

Because this holiday falls near the 4th of July, it can be considered an in-game version of the American holiday of Independence Day.
